What "grinds my gears"

One thing that really just pisses me off is when someone makes plans with me and then doesnt talk to me at all that day. Even if you didn't see me you could at least send me a text that says "hey I can't come over" or something like that. But having me sit around waiting all day for a response is so fucking annoying.
